"Da Bobbe mordi la toscana e non solo... Lingua, trippa, lampredotto con panino o in vaschetta, tutto preparato nella giusta maniera, la loro salsa verde e l'olio piccante esaltano prodotti di qualità, il costo è adeguato alla materia prima ed è comunque onesto, lo staff è gentile e cordiale, ci tornerò appena ne avrò la possibilità, consigliatissimo"

"Se amate la cucina toscana verace, Da Bobbe Lampredotto è una tappa obbligata. Il proprietario, sempre pronto a raccontarti un aneddoto o a spiegarti con passione le origini del piatto. Il lampredotto è protagonista assoluto: tenerissimo, saporito e condito alla perfezione, servito nel classico panino croccante o nel piatto. Ottima anche la trippa alla fiorentina, ricca e profumata, e da non perdere la salsa verde fatta in casa."
